We've been processing mortgage loans for 10 years.  We have funded thousands of FNMA and Sub-prime loans.  We also have experience in FHA and VA but we do not currently offer FHA and VA processing.

Loan Officers secure the business but a processor makes the loan happen.

Your loan file must be packaged right for it to be funded.  It takes a professional experienced processor to do this.  SDS is the answer.

Our Contract Loan Processing
is on a per funded file basis.

That means if it doesn't fund,
THERE'S NO FEE.

Mortgage Brokers and Loan Officers using Contract Loan Processing
are more successful. 

Here's a few reasons why:

1. Most Mortgage Brokers are experienced loan officers and do not have the expertise needed or the time to be a processor.  Loan Officers and Processors are two different animals. With an Experienced Contract Loan Processor you will immediately be as professional as any other company.

2. The Mortgage Brokers or Loan Officers can spend more time prospecting for business.

3.  Contract Loan Processing is less expensive than an in house processor.     One month you may fund 2 or 3 loans and one month you may fund 6 or 7. You have to pay an in house processor the same amount no matter how many files you fund.  Contract Loan Processing, that is based on a per funded file basis, helps with your cash flow.
