We collect at closing and it is listed on the HUD.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION to 2 different lenders / underwriters is included.
Most lenders want and accept electronic only submissions. Most processors charge you a manual submission price whether the file is submitted manually or not.  WE ONLY CHARGE YOU FOR MANUAL SUBMISSION IF IT IS DONE!

Each Additional electronic submission is $25.00.

Each Manual hard copy submission is $47.50.

If any file is canceled, that is still an active loan, the $398.00 is still due.

NOTE:  STOP FORECLOSURE FILES take special consideration and processing approval.

Piggy Back Seconds and other costs are listed in the contract.
